Magic Leap, a major AR startup backed by investments from Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG), Alibaba (NYSE: BABA), and others, gave guidance for a summer launch of its highly anticipated AR headset. The company has spent 4 years developing the technology and has shied away from giving early demonstrations, however the company offered a brief video overview of the technology in action (see below).

During the presentation the company revealed the headset will being using an Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) Tegra X2 processor to power the device.
The company also announced a partnership and investment from AT&T (NYSE: T), making the AT&T the exclusive US carrier partner for Magic Leap. This latest investment round values the company at over $6 billion.
